Schedule a Ribbon Cutting
A Ribbon Cutting is a great way to officially welcome you to the Chamber! The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony can be as big and elaborate or as short and simple as you would like. In the past, businesses have done tours, open houses, refreshments or even full on meals with their Ribbon Cutting. We’ve also done it as just a cutting of a ribbon and nothing more. It’s completely up to you!
Businesses are responsible for:
-A location for the Ribbon Cutting (either indoors or outdoors).
-Inviting staff, friends, family, mentors, coaches, favorite customers, sponsors, donors, and anyone else you would like to attend.
-Purchasing/providing refreshments/meals, if you choose to include them.
Chamber is responsible for:
-Creating Facebook event.
-Adding Ribbon Cutting to newsletter and website calendar.
-Inviting Chamber Board and members.
-Providing a big ribbon and giant scissors.
-Taking tons of pictures and video to share.
