The Elko New Market Chamber’s Evolving Leaders Program is a professional development program designed to cultivate leadership and culture-focused skills among professionals in the south metro region, at any stage in their career development. Through a series of in-person workshops and networking opportunities, participants engage in activities that enhance their leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and personal growth. The program aims to empower individuals to take on greater leadership roles within their organizations, the broader community, and their own lives!
This high-impact program consists of eight sessions, 2 hours each, every 2 weeks, January – April 2026.

Program Cost
ENM Chamber Members: $300 per participant
Non-Chamber Members: $500 per participant
Participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the program.
