Market Village Senior Residence has been a welcome addition to the Elko New Market community. It’s a beneficial blend of quality senior housing and government partnership. Camille Ritter, property manager for Great Lakes Management Company, shares information about Market Village in this month’s member profile.
Market Village Senior Residence opened in 2012 as a 55+ senior housing community and is considered independent living without services.

Market Village benefits Elko New Market by providing affordable, market-rate senior housing that is well maintained and adds value to the community and providing services through a partnership with local government agencies.
