For the third year, the Dakota-Scott Workforce Development Board (WDB) is sponsoring the “Employers of Excellence” program in the two counties as part of its efforts to help area organizations attract and retain a skilled workforce. The FREE program is open to business, nonprofit and government organizations.
As part of the program, participating organizations receive a confidential, personalized report that analyzes data such as turnover rates, growth percentages, promotion percentages, and benefit packages for each company. A total of 37 different measurements will be analyzed and compared against aggregate data of other participants.
A select few organizations will be recognized at an Awards Banquet being held at the Workforce Summit at the Best Western-Burnsville on Thursday, September 27, which is great recognition, however the real value is the benchmark data you receive for participating.
